I do it both ways. Whichever way I happen to put the roll on in the first place.

The toilet paper holder we have actually goes sideways, but I'd prefer over to under. XD

Pretty sure that "over" is the correct orientation. But those pictures ... that toilet paper look so soft. I want to rub my cheek (face, not ass) on it and inhale its perfumed goodness.

Over, easier to grab when the chocolate rain hits the valley. And there's a reason for toilet triangles, which can only be made when using over.

I prefer over. I don't see under often, which is good. I find it kind of annoying imo.
