Hello!

A friend of mine gifted me all Dishonored DLCs, but I cannot activate them. It shows, that I do not have the base game which is Dishonored, but I do have. Currently, the DLCs are in my inventory and I cannot activate them. I tried through e-mail and Steam is scanning for license updates and it just goes forever... Is it something to do with regions or something?

I will award the person which helps me first with PAYDAY 2 Christmas DLC... At least.

Another App Id of the game (DLC maybe WW and base game can be region locked), Just exchange this DLC for DLC to your Dishonored version.

I don't quite know but, if your friend is from another county you can try to switch steam to his region! For example let's say: you are from Spain and he's from China, change your steam settings to chinese!

A really slim chance that it will work but... you know if it works yay! XD

the solution here was to contact the steam supp, they can change the region of your key
