Temporary Ban decreases your win chance significaly?

Can't win anything since i got a 1 month suspension after making a some kind of a joke back in 2013

I don't really care, just wondering about that

Apparently I was suspended once (never saw it, but someone posted that I was), came back after my suspension (I didn't know about), immediately won 2 games, then a third a month later.
So if I actually was suspended & won, then no, it doesn't decrease your chance of winning.
