I present to you the first game I ever bought: Starflight. It used two whole floppy disks, and they were actually floppy! It also came with a warning never to play off the master disks because your progress would be saved over the original game and you would never be able to start a new game again. It was amazing what they managed to cram into those tiny disks, and I would honestly compare it favorably to 90% of space games today, dated graphics and all.
Sadly I do not have the original floppies or packaging any more, but I will keep the physical paraphernalia until the day I die. It saddens me that you don't get in-universe manuals or star charts any more. Even the copy protection (the code wheel) was integrated into the gameplay!
I do still have my original StarCraft and WarCraft III CDs, but they're much less impressive, and also in storage along with my whole GameCube collection. I'll probably dig them out some day.

Not quite as good condition as it looks, haha--it's tearing along the folds and I have to be very careful opening it. Probably the only reason it survived is I bought another copy of the game when it came out for Mac many years later. I used the star chart that came with that copy from then on, and even recorded all the wormholes and hidden star systems I discovered on it. I'm glad I kept the original unspoiled though, it's a real treasure.

So I just found out it's my cake day and naturally decided to do a small giveaway.
I thought to myself what would be an interesting topic to talk about and since we're in an all digital age now and I can't even remember the last time I bought a physical copy of a game (do you guys remember hard-copy manuals), I wondered what are the coolest and oldest games that you guys still physically own a copy of ?
Maybe send a picture of some rare retro special edition :D
Here is one of mine:
Do you have the need for retro speed?
