I have a graphic personal something that happened to me VERY recently:
My father has been living alone away from us for years .. a few days ago (on April 19) his neighbours called us about a bad smell and him not answering knocks on his door .. we went and called the police .. from what I gathered he was dead since April 7
Yesterday authorities declared he died from natural causes and permitted burial so we and relatives went to the morgue to prepare the body for burial .. workers their discouraged all of us from watching because you can imagine a dead body after12 days .. so all were afraid from going and witness the preparation .. but I'm his son and I said I have to go in .. when they revealed the body I didn't even flinch ..I was thinking to myself: I saw worse in video games with there almost real graphics ..
R.I.P. old man .. he always knew this is how he will end up and god knows how many times we reached to him and he turned us away

Well with death no one is too young or too old .. he had a younger brother who died a few years ago was only 58 he was even in a lot better health than my father

How do you get to see the percentage? I can't seem to find it and I sometimes fail even with 95%. 😅

You need to install the "Math" add-on to be able to tell the odds.
And, yeah, even with a 95% chance of success, you gotta remember that it still means that on average you're expected to fail once for every twenty attempts. Gotta aim for that 100% if you can't afford failure. ;D

I heard there is a mythical location called "School" which provides that power-up.
Though it is missable. If you missed it, I heard "The Internet" might be another possibility, albeit a dangerous one.
(If you mean where to find the 100%, then I honestly have no clue. Life is stupid, random and unsafe like that. :X )

i can buy base things incomplete with base discounted price 80% and the other 50 separated parts that cost 10 times more than the base thing , something that with shoes,thsirt,food or whatever other normal honest product is not possible ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Because store must sell Clotches,Full Product,Complete, and not "Strings of Clotches",if i if people want strings of clotches can go to sewing store (that is another thing) and build clotch byself (little bit same unreal engine store that sell pieces you can use in editor and this would be ok because it is an engine store and not a game store).
And so i think in future in usa and europe,sell dlcs will be illegal,i'm 100% sure of this.
Then if store sell set of clotches (For example videogames trilogy) would be ok
