Hey need some help from pro of photo editing xD

is not a complexe thing to do but for me its x) i just wonder how to merge a template with a picture
to make it : for exemple

1-http://pics.mobygames.com/images/covers/large/1211204433-00.jpg

2-http://misterslimm.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/playstation-2-steam-template.png

to make it this way

Open both images in Photoshop ;p (or Gimp).

Set background color in template as transparent.

Copy Template.

Paste into another picture and resize to make it fit.

Also to make a clicky [TEXT][]()(http://www.HERE-IS-YOUR-LINK.com)
