xD When are you guys getting NBN? I don't have it but I would love to myself :< (I am in Melbourne)

If thats really your ip address I would suggest removing it. With that bandwidth it would be easy for someone to keep your connection flooded.

The best upload speed you can get (The ISPs offer) here in Italy is 1Mb/s.. even with fiber optic.
And, of course, fiber optic is only in one city.
But you win anyways, yours is worse :P
