Either use steamtrades and trade with someone or buy it from a gray market site like G2A, search for "Blizzard Gift Card". I'd help you but Paypal isn't available in my country.

Overwatch is currently on sale on Battle.net for 50% off (in Europe). Unfortunately, I can't pay with my Paypal Account as it is not verified, even though I have enough Paypal Balance on it, nor I use a credit, debit etc. card. As far as I understand it, you have to have a Credit Card linked to your Paypal account even if it draws funds from your balance.So my question would be if someone could help me out here and buy it for me as a Gift and I'll send him the money through Paypal.
