None. Unless you mean gaming being an utter distraction that reduces my efficiency in all other areas of life. I mean ... without gaming, I could have been President!

仙剑奇侠传 (98 柔情篇). It's more than just a game. It's a way of life. It's officially free to download. Here are some links: from the official site (direct link to the game from the page) paid iOS port
Too bad no English translations for the game has ever been completed. :(

Silent Hill 2. I never knew what true fear felt like until a few hours into that game. Resorted to only playing it in the daytime to finish it.

I got so hooked on that game. Played the entire thing in one sitting just to get to the ending.

Dragon Age Origins since it introduced me to a certain Role Playing community on Facebook where I did in fact meet people who changed my life. Ah, well. Plus the game company responsible for the game, BioWare, made my wish to get involved with the gaming industry a lot worse due to how awesome its games are, specifically, the Dragon Age and Mass Effect series.
The Sims series are a huge part of my life (I GOT NO SHAME) but I wouldn't say it changed it in any way.

Arcanum made me think of how something we consider to be well known is actually perversion of the truth (Panarii religion in the game), totally opposite of that really is and should be known.
I mean, you know of all the people who challenged established knowledge throughout the history, revealed hidden knowledge and all that, but it's somewhat more unforgettable when it happens to virtual you instead when you read about it.

super mario RPG legend of the seven stars,
i was 5 years old when the game came out and my parents bought it for me,
i didnt know how to read of course, so for the first few days of playing it my parents had to read EVERYTHING to me..
in the end they stopped reading it for me, and i ended up having to learn to read it for myself, after a few weeks i could read everything in the game just fine!
thanks to that game i learned to read, school and teachers taught me nothing at all. video games did!
this also makes me realize how lazy video games have gotten since now everything is voice acted, kids dont have to learn to read anymore

I met my wife alittle over 8 years ago when we played Everquest. We actually new each other for about 6 years prior to that in the game just not on a personal level. Took that long just to end up meeting face to face half way across the country.

Super Mario Bros and Fester's Quest at my grandmother's house both got me into video games.
Then one night at a hotel, it was stormy, so we rented the SNES in our room for an hour or two. We ended up playing Donkey Kong Country 2. Playing it that night was enough fun that my parents got my brother and me a SNES with DKC2 that Christmas.
...And so it all began...

I've got a couple key games that have helped make me who I am today. There's been Final Fantasy IV, the first FF I ever played and I did so when I was ten years old. It brought me into the world of JRPGs and I continue to search for good JRPGs today (The Last Story is really good, u guys...)
Ashamed to admit it, but Call of Duty 4 made me the competitive player I am today. I made a following of friends who frequently played and we would roll enemies together, it was a great experience. Granted now I've been playing MOBA games, but I had never been into competitive multiplayer before so that had me.
But the game that changed me the most would have to be To The Moon. I understand a lot about who I am and what I'm meant to do because of it. It was a great three hours and can't wait for their sequels. Anyone who hasn't tried this game should.

Dragon Age: Origins was the big life changer for me. Before that I was mostly just into MMORPGs and didn't play many single player games. I didn't even have a steam account. Not only did it get me into single player games but I looked up youtube videos for it after finishing it and found a guy making videos for it. Today that guy is my boy friend.

I was struggling to see the life changing aspect until the end. Nice twist and happy ending. :)

Rapelay, because it taught me how to pick up chicks.
But really, for me, the witcher completely changed my attitude towards RPGs and now I love them. Never used to give them any mind, because in the past id only ever played jap RPGs, and so naturally assumed that ALL RPGs were equally shit. Don't know why I decided to give witcher a chance, but I'm so glad I did, because I learned that RPGs could actually be good... As long as they weren't made in japan.

Counter Strike, Star Craft, Quake 2 and Diablo. All these games I used to play as a kid in my local gaming hall. It helped that my best friends family owned the place. So as a kid I felt like somekind of VIP. I got to play free if the hall was empty'ish and occasionally we did all night lan parties once the place officially closed.
I remember how tired I always was but playing Quake all night long was awesome and a dream come true for a kid. People fell asleep midgame on their keyboards but not me, I gamed like a champ back then! :')

Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
I was going through a deep depression at the time and my godfather left me his game systems when he died. This is the game that got me through everything. & I still play it to this day from time to time.

mostly the life changing games change our lives because of the time we are wasting on it.
