I have that Higurashi achievement, and have 100% all 3 chapters out now, but AStats only shows chapter 1 as having any achievements done by me. Never used it before though, so no idea.
Okay, now it shows it, but not sure how to link it. But, I do not need to enter X-Com, but thank you for the GA!

Unfortunately astats doesn't lie, you unlocked most your Rebirth achievements on the same time, on the same day, whilst some would have been unlocked at the same time, a lot of them would be impossible to unlock at the exact same time due to different playthroughs being required.
I'm afraid I can not allow you entry to this event or future ones, SAM use is not allowed.
I will allow you to come back if you can provide sufficient proof that this is a mistake somehow.

BTW, all of my Bliding of Isaac achievements were credited on the next start of the game. So when I earn many of them during one session and then restart game, they were recorded on the same time. I don't know does it happen in Rebirth too.

Yes it does sometimes if you play offline. However a cursory glance at a profile can make this obvious. If you get 3-4 clears in one offline playthrough you still may get at max 20 achievements. Completing an entire DLC in one sitting, is pretty much impossible. Add to that there was no warning from the guy who made the post, that thats what happened. Add to that his account is flagged by astats as suspected cheating. Add to that other achievements where dodgy. Add to that some of the other Isaac achievements where gained legitimately over time....
I can only conclude that it was a SAM use, as the poster has deleted his posts, I'm guessing I assumed correctly.
Like I said, no need to feel "bad" about using SAM, it's everyones choice! I know people have gone back to "lock" previously unlocked achievements using SAM so they can earn them again(sadists!). I know people who use it to unlock glitched achievements they have legitimately unlocked, so its not an inherently bad tool. However I can't in good conscious let people who used SAM to unlock achievements enter an achievement based giveaway.
I'm sure there will be SAM users I miss who use the tool in such a way I will miss them. However this is the best I can do. Don't worry about your own entry, you have been very forthright in your assertions, I check everyone which is why I don't send out invites immediately. Obvious cheaters will get caught.

If you try and enter this GA event by using SAM to gain entry then yes.
No one gets blacklisted can I add, its everyones own decision if they want to cheat or not, just for the purposes of an achievement based giveaway I can't let people who work hard to get achievements be beaten by people who click a few buttons to get an achievement.

Well actually I tried to delete some of the achievements, but that was lame idea at all. Astat doesn't notice that, so I think it's not very good at tracking SAM users.

I used TrueSteamAchievements to link my achievements before because I didn't really know how to use Astats. But a nice user on SG helped me with it so I'll send you Astats links. I'm sorry for using TSA before even though you specifically required Astats to prove it.

How does this work?
Simple really, I will post a few achievements(they won't be easy) and if you can prove to me you have them prior to the giveaway starting(to prevent cheating you dirty SAM users) you get to enter the giveaway, isn't that cool!
Why base it on achievements?
I am a semi-achievement hunter, I like taking the effort to get achievements on games I like, hopefully this can promote a few people hunting some achievements in the future or even better promote games I love and give them exposure Spoiler/Hint alert, the achievements will probably for games I like, I won't necessarily have them myself though
I have made the requirements how do I enter?
I will blue heart you and you can enter the blueheart giveaway.

How are you going to pick the game to giveaway?
I will use my own discretion and pick for you as per the feedback I've received during previous events
Why did't you include X achievement?!
Because I can only select a few and they will be difficult, if I select ones that are too easy or widespread there will be too many entries, I want to REWARD people who get difficult achievements.
I don't own X game, I hate you.
A lot of effort goes into making these, I've had a few negative comments about it in the past, I try and make it as fair as possible but of course some people will be disappointed. Look out for the consolation prizes throughout the event! Everyone can take part!
I'm blacklisted can you remove me?
Probably not, my blacklist is TINY so if you are on it there is a pretty damn good reason you are on it.
Do I get to stay on your whitelist once the events over?
Unfortunately not, everyone who gets entry via having the achievements will be removed once the event is over(unless you've been super nice and I want to keep you around for future non-event giveaways!
