Sounds like a user problem. Have you tried getting an eye exam?

I use a 7950 and never experienced micro stuttering.

I'm considering buying a 7950 during the Newegg sale, but I've heard a lot about how NVIDIA cards give a much smoother framerate, due to mico-stuttering on their AMD competitor. Does anyone know whether or not the new Catalyst 13 drivers have fixed the problem?
