you could also make a puzzle of different buildings for example.
i like that you used streetview. if one does this with a bit of doublecheck you could totally prevent
googleimage search. then it would be a lot harder.

I don't know if I understand your question but in short is:
Create private giveaway
use http://www.itstoohard.com/ to create your puzzle and when someone solve your puzzle he appear the link (and you put the link of your private giveaway)
