I have no proof that he scammed you O.o so why would i report him.....and if i did have proof* why did you let yourself get scammed???

1. You provide no evidence that anyone is a scammer. Don't bother asking for help without evidence.
2. You seem to be confused about what website you are at. Please look at the url of the website you posted this on. This site is for Steam Gifts, not for random complaints about unrelated things.
3. You posted the same thing twice, which makes you a spammer, even if #2 didn't already make you a spammer.

Conclusion: delete this post and your other post. Then try something else.
