lvl 101 isn't that hard to achieve if youre one of those people that play it all the time it takes about 10 hrs worth of matches (roughly)

You don't need many hours to get that level, sadly. You can play about a couple hours and get to about 20.

Game runs like shit though.

I played ONE game and got to level 8.

So is it worth playing or not right now?

Maximum level in GCI is 1,000. So yea, he's hacking.
