I think that you should put more emphasis on "pervert" and that you should use "perv" instead.

the game your playing should have a thingy in the options menu to disable it. If not youll need unofficial drivers, like XBCD.

You don't need to destroy the motor. You can just pull the motor connectors off their sockets.

It annoys me to disable it in so many game and in some it's not even possible to deactivate. Is their a way to disable it for ever, without destroying the motor in the controller (only thing I found online)?
Apparently it's super easy on consoles but MS made no option for that on PCs... :(
