This discussion brings to my mind the Seinfeld episode where (jewish) comedian Seinfeld has his parents staying at his home for a couple of days, and they are kinda getting on his nerves and he wants to spend some private time with his new girlfriend, but it doesn't look like they're going to leave soon. So after some days he and his girlfriend decide to go on a date teenager-style, in the cinema, in a random movie, they're not there to watch the movie... you get the idea.
They end up making out in a crowded theatrical showing of Schindler's List.
