I recently bought Witcher 3 GOTY Edition, didn't recognize it was a GOG Key though. I contacted the support and they sent me a full refund within 1 and a half hour. Cheers to Brett if you are reading this. Very nice! :)

Grats, when the wallet cash back program first started mine bugged and wouldn't credit. Gave up after 2 emails when they were either being intentionally dense or utterly incompetent. Apparently it would have been easier to ask for a refund and then redo the purchase :)

Depends on support member you bump into.
I bought bundle, payed via credit card. And then for some reason when I was back on HB site I saw "error occurred, your order will be cancelled". I was like "ok, happend few times previously, keys will be gone in next 24h".
I waited day, few days, week. My account wasn't charged and I had keys visible for all this time. I wrote to support, after 1st mail I get some generic reply that wasn't connected to my question in any way. After 2nd mail they wrote:
While we encourage multiple purchases for personal use and limited gifting, our Terms of Service limit how the keys can be used, and how many we can distribute. If you’re attempting to buy an item for multiple friends or family members, that’s very generous of you, but we may recommend that they make the purchase for themselves if you have hit the rate limit for the item. You may also attempt to wait until the rate limit resets - which can take 24+ hours from the last purchase attempt.
Again something that had nothing to do with my problem. So I resigned from trying to talk to this monkey and keys disappeared from my account after month or so.
So for me Humble support wasn't any better than Valve monkeys.

got problem as topic starter and also was refunded with 6 hours
also in october 2016 was payed for bundle but it seems not enough to beat the average
i mentioned that in may 2017 and they just add a penny or couple penny and unlocked BTA games.
Best support ever.
worst support in my opinion is on HRK, just shitty
they just stolen keys from Batman bundle. (games just disappear from library)

Yesterday night I accidentally bought the Humble Jumbo Bundle 10 for 25$ :/ I paid via "Pay Instantly with PayPal". When I realized what I did I sent an email to their support center about my issue. Also, i searched the internet for any other people with the same issue and found that they got their money back after 2 or more weeks.
Today, only 6-7 hours after my mail, i got my answer:
Humble Bundle, Inc. just sent you a full refund of $25.00 USD for your purchase.
ONLY 6 HOURS AFTER MY MAIL!!!!
Now, THIS IS WHAT I CALL: BEST SUPPORT EVER!
