This has Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, and Skyrim DLC, but only the Skyrim stuff is for Steam.

I only bought the Dragonborn DLC, but that activated as "Dragonborn Retail". So I don't think they are.

GFDOCT20 or GFDOCT20UK (For the UK store) are 20% off coupons. They have these every month and you can just switch out the month abbreviation to the next month to get the next one, when it changes over. No one ever posts them with the deals, though. I hope you guys didn't buy them, yet.
