I couldn't be online for some time due to work, and I was assuming keys were sent automatically on giveaways since I entered them beforehand. Now my profile is tainted with 2 unsent notices. Anything I can do about it?

It depends. I change the code, from time to time. It's overdue for another change.

Contact the winners, explain the situation and offer them the keys. Get the giveaways changed to 'received'.

Ah, thanks everyone, I did send the keys anyway but assumed the status would be irreversible. I'll send the messages.

Take a screen shot of you sending the keys in case they claim not to have received them.

This is a good advice in general. I am currently in a situation where an HB single key gift link is redeemed according to HB, but the winner says they did not get it. So now I have to wait for HB support to tell me which account it was redeemed by (you cannot see who redeemed it like in IndieGala), in case my copying of the address did not work and I accidentally sent it to the same person I sent another gift to before that.

If I had taken a screenshot, we would have resolved this much faster, since I would know for sure whether I sent it to the right place or not. Good to know 'Not Received' is reversible though. HB support might not get back to me in time, but if there is a chance they can get the game back to me, I can send it to the winner later.

I know. :( But it's my fault for not keeping adequate notes and proof on where I sent what (well, IndieGala and Steam make it easier), so I will only have myself to blame for the 'Not Received' bit later. I am just glad to know I can still reverse it. Good for me, good for the winner who got that cat gif and expected a gift only to be disappointed by me.

Yeah, I had to send a consolation gift due to a messed up transaction before. Being kind pays :)

They are typically only automaticaaly sent if you did a 50 plus giveaway so that you don't have to do it individually yourdself. The person getting those key can uncheck not recived and check received for your giveaway I think.
