Will I get in trouble by using a VPN on my smartphone, while the Steam Mobile Authenticator is active?

Because the phone can travel all over the world, because you cannot change store region on the mobile store, because you cannot activate a game on your mobile.

Because Mobile authenticator uses offline time critical code generation that does not require internet connectivity other than regular time sync and initial authenticator setup.
