Bastard Bonds puzzle (L2+) Few hours remaining!

Hello :3

I decided to make a Bastard Bonds gib hidden behind a simple puzzle! The GA is for users who are level 2 and up.

Please don't share any answers or leak the gib. I might add some hints if a lot of people are stuck, but the puzzle should be pretty easy. :>
