Hitman: Absolution running ridiculously slowly...

I know this isn't a support forum, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having these issues. I'm hardly hitting 20 FPS on "Low," and only jumping up to 70 FPS on "Lowest" with MSAA completely off. I don't think my hardware is THAT bad.

Specs:

• Processor: i5-3570K (stock)
• Video card: MSI Twin Frozr 7950
• RAM: 8 GB DDR3 (1600)
