If tower defence counts as a genre, then that's the one! If not it's hard to pick out a single genre.

I like all genres, but I'm a big fan of RPGs and adventure games.

i'm not sure if i can call it a genre, anyway: zombies

RPG (Baldur's Gate forever) Some FPS games, but i like mostly the board RPG's (Dungeons And Dragons)

Games that can tell a story in an interesting and entertaining way. Not sure if it's a genre, but it's my choice.

If I have to chose a "pure" genre it would be RPG, but I think the crossovers with more than one genre are the future. NO LIMIT!
