Tempting, but I'm in no rush and waiting for a better deal - Perhaps the base game eventually getting bundled with other games of interest.
EDIT: Its gonna be really close as to whether the base game gets reduced CV with a value-to-tier cost ratio of 4.7. People have said that it takes a ratio of 10+ to get Reduced CV, but this winter we had a number of examples of ratios closer to 5 that got Reduced CV.

This is the 3rd time this the Complete Bundle has been featured. Previous 2 times were on Star Deal on 2018-10-29 and 30 for 80% off and 2018-04-02 for 71% off.
