No. Only Steam keys/gifts! But you can just paste it here in the forums or make a puzzle for it.

No, the only exceptions are Minecraft and Battlefield 3.

I think there should be really an explicit "only submit Steam games" in the FAQ when the name SteamGifts and everything else implying that isn't enough.
