USE THE SEARCH

Unclick "Gift Received" and wait for it to be delivered. Check your email incase it is delivered via email. The user may add you but has a week to deliver so wait patiently. If not delivered, Mark it as "Not Received".

Like Strykerraven said, I would check your e-mail. If it's an actual gift it's easiest for them to just send it your e-mail. If it's a set of keys, they will most likely add you so you'll have to wait until then.

In your case as it's Defence Grid, I'll take a wild guess that they're keys from the KickStarter and you'll have to wait for them to add you, but they could always just send them in an e-mail.
