Hi guys!

I won a giveaway Arma: Gold Edition and the user sent me the HB link, but HumbleBundle isn't sending me the e-mail with my "slice of HB piece", and Key Resender is not working too, I checked the junk or spam folder, and I also checked if the HB e-mail was blocked. The support HB isn't answering me too.
Of course I marked the gift as received, it's not the user fault.

Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Happened to me too with a gift link, something I bought from the store to give a friend of mine.
What I did was involving PayPal, escalated the dispute into a claim and I'm waiting on them. HB didn't even say anything, so I believe I'm getting my money back when it's over.

Yeah, good luck with that. Every dispute I've had with ebay has resulted in Paypal denying my claim.

Sounds like you're not compelling enough. You need to insert your authoriteh and superioriteh, as well as you're unhappinesseh. :>

You should not mark the gift as received, not yet.

You could be suspended for declaring it received while it's not in your account. Don't check anything in the meantime. And concerning HB, just wait, I dealt with them a few days ago...
First, I got a message saying they had tons of messages to answer, and a few days later... they took care of my problem. Be patient, your turn will come ;-)

same here.. i see my bitcomposer bundle redeemed by an unknow user and my non BTA part of ZEN bundle doesn't working..i cant gift to anyone..and they dont answer email and doesnt solved anything..i write them 4 email and they answer me omsend them ID transaction , but nothing happened. i never buy from them till things are solved.

PS lucly i dont made any Give away for those games...but i cant trade or add them to my account. i discovered this before christmas , still no solution
