that it was 30 days of gibs - with each gib lasting one day - for none of them to bump after so many days, i can understand Ekaros' being disappoint; also understand your confusion as to why there is an issue in being so specific about winners bumping. think the whole point is just apparent lack of consideration - consciously or sub, people want their threads prevalent in the discussions page; a "thanks" on the gib's page that one wins makes sense but thanking in the thread in which the gib was hosted shows solicitude, i.e. being willing to lessen one's chances at winning (in the context of this event at least) to give the gib creator more attention
