Amazon offers and zone restriction.

Hello everyone. I tried to buy Mark of the Ninja from Amazon, that´s is 75% discounted, but when I was in the las step to buy it, Amazon warned me about that the game download is only for US.
I would know if it affects the steam key, I mean, I´m from Europe so, could I acctivate the game in steam?
