Games which have been in bundles or otherwise made widely available at little or no cost are added to the bundle list. Games in this list will not add more than 20% (1/5) of your non-bundle contributions, disregarding the first $25. For more detailed information, see this thread.

In order to receive any additional value from your current bundle gifts, partial or otherwise, you will need to contribute more in non-bundle games.

when you contribute a non bundle game you get extra 20% contrib. value, for example if u donate 10 dollar game you will recive 12 dollar contrib. value.

They're not worth 20% of their original value. Their worth 20% of your non-bundle games value.

Example: You gave away a 20P bundle game, that value is now "stored up" but hidden. If you gave a $10 non-bundle game you would get 20% of it's value, an extra $2, from your stored up bundle amount.
