+1. after the key were exposed... there's no guarantee at all that it will still be working when reroll is done. just prove to support that key is legit from wherever it comes from and ask for a received feedback. besides that... if winner is a reliable user, I think reroll may be a good option.

Agree. Requesting that the game be marked as received by support is best for lower-level giveaways. If it's a higher-level giveaway or a group giveaway where you think the person is normally reliable but for some reason has had an unusual lapse, then a re-roll is OK.

So if you send a key and it has been 7 days and there is no response of the key being received you are supposed to ask for a reroll. Well what happens if the person who one used the key and refused to mark it received? Then when you reroll the new winner will get a used game key. Do you just contact support about this issue or what should be done in this hypothetical case?
