Thanks but no thanks. I admit I would love to get my hands on Crysis 3.. ( and perhaps even BF4 ) I just do not like Origin enough to vote for such a thing on steamgifts. Besides, Steam is in the name.. and not Origin.
As is so far my experience with playing games on origin with friends have been abysmal. Such a pain to get people on your friends list at times ( at least with BF3 ) and get a game together. With steam it is very straight forward and easy. ( I have fun with BF3, just not happy about how things are done on origin. )
EDIT
Now.. I will say this. If the vote was to make another site for OriginGifts I would be for it. Gives people who like that platform a place to do what we do here with Steam. I just do not think it belongs here though unless it gets even more open to not just Steam/Origin but also ALL other possible platforms as well. .. of course.. that opens a really big nasty can of worms for those who are operating the site to keep everything in order.

Sorry but no, this will lead to way to use abuse of getting multiple of the same games and then trade/sell them through

I read all the replies and saw a lot of duplicate answers.
It seems to me that there are more people here who have Origin keys and want credit for gifting them, than there are people who genuinely want the keys themselves. And let's be honest. They're all the same keys, from the Humble Origin Bundle. And we don't want them because we got the games on Steam already.
I still have all of mine, and I've just been sitting on them. I've offered them on Facebook, Google+, and a couple forums. Nobody wants them. The idea of a free game, fully legal, is shot down when "...but you have to use Origin" is added.
Even if you were to go to an Origin community, I'm sure they all already have all of those games that they want.

Well not to be rude or anything, since I wanted to post only "No" but anyway here's a bit longer answer:
No, to be honest website is called "steam"gifts and I hope it stays like that, there are some other websites making giveaways for multiple distribution platforms let's keep Steamgifts Steam based.

Heyyyyyy,
lovely day out to discuss!
What are your thoughts on this topic? Mine was:
1) Maybe allow Origin Based Giveaways on steamgifts?
2) Your 300 points is used towards BOTH steam and origin based gifts.
3) Use of a filter or color coded game link to show the games DRM is for Steam (lets say Blue Link) or Origin (Orange Link).
Your thoughts? Should SteamGifts be more then just for Steam?
Stay beautiful, and have a great week!
