Use SteamGifts Enhancement.
It will allow you to filter by what you have in your Steam wishlist as well as allowing you to add/remove games from the filtered results.

The add-on made me lag bad so this would be great if it was implemented.

Simple as that: steamgifts needs a "Wishlist." I'm a discerning steamgifts shopper and I only enter for games that I'm quite certain that I'll play, or that I really want. I'd like to be able to "tag" certain games that I'd really like to win. Then in filter the drop down where it shows Open, New, Coming Soon and Closed, it would also display Wishlist. Then, SG would only display those games on my wishlist. At the least, I'd like to see a highlight or a * or something next to games that are on my SG wishlist. This wishlist should be separate from my Steam wishlist.
This is probably not a new idea, but would be a great addition for our shopping pleasure.
Conversely, I'd like to be able to tag games as "Do Not Display." That way, I can mark games I already own or know I'll never enter for such as The Ship or Nuclear Dawn, etc. Then, on the main menu bar at the top under Giveaways, have a "Do Not Display" checkbox you could check or uncheck which if checked, would never show games tagged as "Do Not Display."
I think Wishlist and Do Not Display tagging would greatly enhance each users experience on SG. I bet the tagging would even improve site performance dramatically as a fewer subset of items would be showing.
