Honestly, if someone won that game here, this is the only answer. :P

Excluding the ones I just won, Last Train Home was probably my favorite so far.

I haven't won my favorite game yet, that's why I keep joining random giveaways. The moment I will, I'll necro this thread, bookmarked.

Stardew Valley

It's been the top win for many years more and I doubt that it'll ever change. Not because it's the best game ever, I just win fewer games and tend to buy more of my most wanted games.

Stardew Valley is a pretty good and very wanted game. I haven't played it but I heard about it a lot. I hope to score a win like that.

So far, 10 Second Ninja takes that place. Surprisingly silly speedrun fun with some callbacks to MegaMan and Sonic jokes. Still playing wins though, and have some promising ones to try.

V Rising, Xenonauts and Vagante. I didn't think I would like both Xenonauts and Vagante but color me surprised when I played them. I love those games.

Same here! I tried it during a free weekend, found it kinda eh and a bit hard... But friends kept on saying it was a good game.
I won it here, and 6 months later I had 300+ hours on it, lol.

Chained Echoes
Underestimated this game, after realising it was entirely pixelated. I took like 5 days to finish the first scene of the game...why?
Because I didnt want to continue cz of the pixels. However upon actually starting, I was hooked. The writing was intelligent, engaging. Characters had personality. The story overall felt well thought out and rich in lore. The turn based combat was extremely addicting.

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun: Aiko's Choice

It's a stand-alone DLC for Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun.
After 15 minutes of playtime I quit the game, bought the base game and wishlisted everything from the developer. Within the next few days I finished the base game and the DLC. It basically introduced me to the real-tactics genre.

I guess Mirror's Edge still holds the title of my favorite win from SG, that game is one of my favorite games in general after all.
Sunset Overdrive deserves an honorable mention tho.

I tend to forget my past wins and I don't often replay my games. But Metal Gear Rising was maybe my #1... but it got taken over by Yakuza: Like a Dragon recently.

I still has Sunless Skies/Sea, Metro games, Shadowrun and what else to play, so there's potential for it to be changed. But I see little chance tbh.

Heaven's Vault
Really came out of left-field as I don't think I've ever played a similar game but the lore and the language-learning mechanic were quite engaging.

+20 for Heaven's Vault. The only reason it is not on my list is because I won it at Indiegala... :D

Another great game with a language-learning mechanic is Chants of Sennaar. I would definitely recommend it if you are interested in a game that focuses on that sort of thing.
