I have so many games that I have not even touched yet but Disco Elysium is very memorable. I only have played a few hours of it but Cuno is hilarious, well the whole game is kind of off in a good way.
As for something I have played thoroughly Symphony of War: The Nephilim Saga was really good for a little indie TBS game. I had fun just building units to poop on the enemy.

Truly a good question.
Skyrim is definitely up there... although most of my hours are on a filthy pirated version(hundreds if not thousands of hours not logged!), that kind of life is a relic of my past.
Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is very much up there as well, it did make it to my favorites list.
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, this was my very first venture into the franchise and it was great.
Lies of P, this is the very first true souls like I have beaten, I have touched others and gotten distracted and haven't beaten them yet. Had a great time with it.
Celeste... one of the top precision platformers out there, and has all the assist modes needed so you can beat it(start with none, then pause so you can properly angle your jumps, etc... as needed), also made my favorites list(I technically also own it on switch... but haven't beaten it there yet >>)
Death's Door, more Zelda like action-adventure
Class of '09 and The Cosmic Wheel sisterhood, both visual novels that were great for very different reasons
I guess Hellblade and Celeste win by technicality of making it to the top 20 or w/e list

by sheer time played, definitely the void rains upon her heart, over 222 hours and there will be more later i'm sure. didn't really know what i was getting when i won it, just thought it looked interesting.

unfortunately, no :(
i've had it on my wishlist since i got the base game. it seems really fun despite the lukewarm reviews. i'm pretty sure i'd love it.
someday... when the price drops a bit.

Truly a difficult question, many of my wins have been quite good in their own ways and it's tough to pick a favorite. The answer can depend on my mood as well, and I know I've answered topics like this one before with different answers.
This time I think I'm doing to pick... Borderlands 2
I originally tried the game during a free weekend in 2014 and just shrugged at it. The game was okay but I had no interest in buying it. Still it wasn't bad so whenever I'd see a giveaway for it, I figured why not enter, and three years later I won it. When I played it few months after that, I found myself liking it a lot more than when I originally had tried it. I think I had just gotten better at shooters to be able to properly play it, I remember dying a ton of times during the free weekend and being frustrated about it. Fast forward some years and now I'm sitting at nearly 300h playtime on the game, and have several other Borderlands franchise games in my library (almost all of them played). So could definitely say this win deserves to be mentioned. :D

There's a couple.
The Hexcells trilogy is one of the games I clocked most hours in, and I replayed every entry in the series at least three times, if not more.
Then there's Pillars of Eternity, which introduced me to CRPGs, and I loved it.
Divinity: Original Sin did the same with turn based gameplay.
And then there's God of War, and actually a couple more, but that's enough for now.

Hacknet labyrinths (it made me play the base game too), reminded me of the time when we typed commands on amstrad ;
progressive didactic difficulty, inventive puzzles, i didn't like the tight timed aspect of some puzzles though.

Killing Floor 2 I suppose. Wasn't really into first Killing Floor much(even if it had better atmosphere or gunplay) but KF2 really got me hooked, namely leveling up Demolitionist and Firebug class.
