Your favorite boss battle.

What, nobody liked the end battle in Beyond Good and Evil? =) I think it was pretty interesting, and mind-bending in some stages =)

I din't play GW2 much, but I found most of the boss battles I I fought were great. Some took awhile to finish which is what a boss battle should be.

Possibly the final fight with Solus in Breakdown. So freaking hard, but when done right you feel so amazingly badass for defeating him. Loved that one.

it's not a physically hard boss, but in term of sentiment...

In the end, I was my own worst enemy, and the boss to defeat was no other than myself. (I could not do it, I was so immersed with Walker...)

As someone who tends to play hack and slash RPGs, I find boss battles more like "can I do this, or do I need to farm some more?"

My favourite was killing Diablo (in D3) on Inferno Hardcore solo with my witch doctor. The shadow realm was...intense.

Honourable mention: Worst bossfight, hands down is the Borderlands 1 Vault Boss, such a let down. Luckily, Crawmerax makes up for how easy it was.

Dr. Fetus just because that whole game is like A roundhouse kick to the gut you never saw coming...I just beat Bragging Rights and had A feeling of accomplishment (brother walked in and knows a little bit about Super Meat Boy (saw Indie Game:The Movie never played it) but when he saw me get halfway through Bragging Rights & die from an ill timed jump, he said "Man...you have to do all that in one go"?), Games lately just don't have that difficulty and many even if they are challenging don't offer A challenge like Super Meat Boy...I mean the dark world more specifically...not just the normal story mode/first play through. But don't get me wrong..I didn't complete the entire dark world yet, just A+ on most normal stages on the light world and after beating 4 Letter Word went straight to the dark world and played Bragging Rights.

I have several favorite boss battles: Saren in Mass Effect 1, Giygas in Earthbound for SNES, every boss battle in Persona 4, The Beauty/Beast boss battles from MGS 4, Charles Lee in AC3, Jack of Blades from Fable, Breen from Half Life 2, the Prince in Vampire Masquerade Bloodlines, Bastilla in KOTOR 1, and the bastard gimp guy from Darkness II. Yeah, I know it's a lot of them, but they are my favorites

Final Boss of Armored Core: For Answer. If there were one series I would pay double for on pc its this.
