there is no keyword such as "public" but apparently it can be seen if you browse the ga list under "restriction n/a". that's one difficult way to check privacy. but still i don't think that alex took over a minute to insert the key to the website and then post it here so 1 minute still isn't much unless people are camping the giveaway list non-stop.
