When you try a code and fail (duplicate or whatever) and then try another code and it succeeds, Steam will show you the name of the failed code as the game you've unlocked. It's a bug in their system.

That's a bug as old as dirt, it's been around for years.
If you try to redeem a key that's already used, followed by pressing back and actually redeeming a key in the same activation window... it'll say that you redeemed the first one while actually redeeming the second one. So, it's just a visual glitch.
