I know it's not a PC game, but one time I did something to my right wrist (don't remember what) and just played Kirby's Air Ride for the gamecube. It turns out all you need to play it is the joystick and the L button.

This.
You play it in your browser, and you use the arrow keys.

How about instead of only keyboard you make it only mouse? Then you can play a lot more. Sure if it's the wrong hand you'll have trouble for the first 1-2 days, but I'm sure you'll get used to it after that pretty well.

Audiosurf definitely. I enjoy one-handing it even though I don't have a damaged wrist. :D

Dude, Play games requiring 2 hands

I'm being serious, I broke my hand several years ago, and i wanted to play medal of honour :D and so i learned to use my foot on the keyboard to move around xD and my working hand on the mouse.

Basically long story shory, Having skills of limbs that have the precision of hands is defo an advantage in life.

In my mind you are Daniel Day-Lewis in my left foot. Except less cerebral palsy and more FPS.

I think VVVVVV needed only 3 keys. Also, as someone has already mentioned, point and click adventure games.

Try some roguelike games, they usually work 100% with the keyboard and are turn based so no dexterity needed there.

Why only using keyboard? I dont know if im allowed to post that link, and im to lazy to ask the FAQ right now. But you can google for twitch + kurirko402 or Zoran. That should inspire you :)

damn, just... wow. Yeah, he just invalidated my complaints about how awkward using a non-dominant hand is.

Fortix, Fortix 2...

If You are able to use mouse You could also play point&click adventure games, games like: World of Goo, Crazy Machines, Luxor, Shatter, some tower defense games like: Defenders of Ardania, iBomber etc. Strategy games, especially turn based ones should work as well.
I would write more once I recall them.

I wish You all the best and hope Your hand will be fine very soon.

should be fine with keyboard only: bit trip runner, super meatboy, thomas was alone, offspring fling, limbo, braid

easy to play with offhand mouse usage: any point and click adventure game (monkey island, broken sword etc.), little inferno, CivV
