Need your help! One handed games

Hmm let me think!
Sims 3, can be played with mouse, you do have to write every once in a while when naming sims
Diablo 3, can be played by mouse, you have to write to log in though
Civ 5, can be played with mouse, but you'll miss the hotkeys
Company of heroes, can be played with mouse
Empire total war, all the total war games really,
Rollercoaster tycoon

I swear, I was about to start the same topic! Just came out of hospital after a nasty accident and my (dominant) right hand is completely useless. I can just about move the index finger, if I'm in the mood for some pain :)

For those curious:
Here's mine. Wrist completely shattered, fractured radius in 2 places, 4 pins in the wrist, 3 in the elbow, an xfix covering wrist to elbow.

When I had my right hand broken I learned to use mouse with left and played mostly Heroes of Might & Magic...

I'd suggest non-reaction based gamed or turn based games.

The Walking Dead, pretty much any point-and-click adventure game really. Turn based strategy or RPGs would work well; Civ, Cthulhu Saves the World etc.
