I remember the first time I found I was blacklisted. I asked the guy what for, and he replied: "I don't remember, but I'm sure there was a reason". After I bugged him a lot, he remembered it was because I once made a joke-thread about breaking steamgifts' rules. He said something like: "I don't think breaking the rules is something to joke about". Guess I should stick to holocaust jokes, less offensive.
Then the 2nd one who blacklisted me, I also asked why. She didn't reply to this day.
Those are the only 2 I know of.

Aaaaaaanyway I don't know what you should do with the money. I usually just wait for sales.
