How do you claim it ? I'm trying to do it with my key and there is no "Apply Credits" button. :( I tried 3 differ

Edit: Also looks like codes above are still active & can be activated.

Edit: looks like codes are used now & I tried 2 different PC, 3 different browsers & no luck so far. I hope support will answer soon so I can activate my key.
