I'm in the same boat, I guess you would get an extra Desura key from the Greenlight bundle? I believe the devs confirmed we would get a Steam key with any purchase of Rawbots so if you got the early access you should be good to go.

The Rawbots in the Groupees bundle gives you a Desura key. The other option is to download and play directly from the Rawbots website, which is what I got with that 100% off coupon a couple months back. Either one will give you a steam key when it is greenlit. Which is a pretty safe bet it will be eventually, since they state they are getting closer and closer to the top of the greenlit area.
