Question about Contributor Value...

Well my english its not the best but here i go.
I'm wondering if there is a control about how people use its CV Since almost everyone with high CV are doing groups or private Giveaways, so i propose to make it fair for everyone.

Every person should have CV for both (Public CV and Private CV)

Public CV: Its the one you increase by doing Public Giveaways and this value will let you to enter to all giveaways you want.

Private CV: Its the one you increase by doing Private or Group Giveaways and let you enter to private and groups GiveAways.

The point? The private Giveaways will not let your farm up CV and then enter to all public Giveaways with high CV.

What do you think about it?
