To avoid needing asking support for a rule approval you can just make a thread on forum and describe the rule there, and manually invite people who fit that rule into a private giveaway by giving them the link via Steam chat or adding them to whitelist.

You have Teamspeak 3.
•You play Steam games at least 40 hours per week.
•You play Pillars of Eternity whilst talking with me over TeamSpeak 3 on my server (essentially making a 1-player game a 2-player experience).
These rules??? (for the given game) So when the winner is picked how you know winner will follow them beforehand giving the game. Asking post rules doesn't have much sense, as you won't achieve to revoke the key, or not easily. Hard to make the mods reroll because future things not accomplished.
Also 40h/week basically is fake or cards/item droppers. Who has 40h week to play, and only on pc).
Lol your account reflect 235hours played the last two weeks (17h/day). But I guess you're not the only user of the account...

I noticed and edited. Your info doesn't have sense (17h/day), really???
Well it's not an offence, a normal person is awake around 16-17h a day and uses some to travel, some to eat, most some to cook. And a lot to work or receive lessons and study. The ones that don't do that are or trying to get a job (which also takes a lot of time if done seriously) or jubilees or severy ill, or people on holidays.
Exception: people which job/incomes consists on playing.
Else, if you really spend +10h playing a day, well then there's a reason to be offended and you should consider fixing it.
What's the explanation behind? Now I'm curious :-)

Actually 40h/week is managable, but requires one having no life at all ;) On free days like sat/sun it's doable to play 10-11h ;p, so you only need 18-20h in 5 other days. it means 3.6-4h gaming per day. Considering a working adult will spend 8h in work, 1h to drive there and back, need some time to eat sleep etc it would be hard, but for some school kiddo who spends 5-6h in school per day it's doable ;)
back in highschool I've had a guy in my class that was doing 45-50h of WoW per week. Basically all he did was going to school, sleeping and playing WoW (he'd even eat not just snacks, but all his meals in front of his PC).

Yeap, It's doable but I don't think anyone should lead such a unhealthy lifestyle..

neither do I ;) I myself stick to 20-30h per week depending on week and if there's any gamme I'm extremely hyped about ;p
If ones consider gaming his main hobby putting 2-3h per day towards it doesn't seem too excesive (a lot of ppl spend more time per day watching TV). Over 30h I think is where the no-lifing starts ;p

I was going to write a lengthy comment about idling cards in background while working, chatting, watching movies, sleeping etc.
But then I looked into his profile and realized that most of this playtime comes just from 3-4 games o.O
That I wouldn't even call having no-life. It's actually putting oneself up to the serious heath-risk o.O I mean seriously? over 17h just for gaming per day? o.O

I wanted to do a giveaway with a clause the other day, and I put one in the giveaway section where I was informed my clause wouldn't count. Some of the entrants gave me advice, pointing me in this direction. Now, I'm unsure if their word was good, so I'm asking first. Can I make a giveaway thread in the forum with a clause or is that disallowed?
