Are Nuuvem keys ROW or Region-locked? How can I verify that?

There is a cd key for Brazil only so the key from Nuuvem is probably region locked:

This package is only purchasable in specified countries
Brazil - means you can't activate the key without a brazilian IP.

They used to place a big warning on region locked games, they don't do that anymore (I purchased a key and couldn't redeem it) :/

Many times it's easy to learn publishers that do locks (Deep Silver, Sega, Codemasters, Focus, Square, Warner Bros, etc that lock Brazil).

But expect more locks in future, as keys can be geo-coded without separate subs (won't show on SteamDB) and publishers get reports of these like "X users from Country Y activated Brazian coded key". These are only geo-coded and not locked as of now.

I'm just gonna bump this up before going to bed.. just so I may get some other points of view... :)
