How long till support replies?
For rerolls it's normally pretty fast: From a few hours up to a day or maybe 2 in extreme cases. I assume deleting is similar.
Has the winner commented on the GA yet that he agrees to delete it ?
Otherwise supports will have to get back at you to supply proof that he's ok with it which might slow things down.

Add it to the GA. Since I've always done it that way I'm not completly sure how suport would contact you about the proof otherwise and how long that would take.

Next time, ask to have the giveaway game changed, rather than the way you did it. Also, it's always best when the winner explicitly comments under the giveaway topic, so that support can see things easily and make a quick decision.

From what I've heard the last Change game ticket has been sitting in the queue for over a year and is still not processed since only CG (and maybe Rinarin) can take care of those.
Or have you done it and got a faster result ?

STB, I asked for a game to be changed a few weeks ago on one of my GAs due to me supplying a dud key - I picked another game I had a key for that was on the winner's wish list and asked support to change the GA game. They did it but I was told not to do it again as this method was open to abuse.

Change Giveaway tickets are only recommended if the game name is similar and you just made a mistake in choosing (think Dark Matter vs. Dark Matter)

I've currently got a re-roll request made 3 days ago that has yet to be processed. Previously re-roll requests have been done in less than a day so the length of time atm seems unusual - but you are not alone in waiting atm :)

Two staff members are on vacation, including me, so that's why the normally quick queues are taking longer to answer.
The last thread that was opened about support queue times a couple of days ago, the OP decided to take a shot at the staff, complaining about why we were posting on the forums when we could be answering tickets. It got closed before I could respond, so here it is: In the occasional 10 minute break I take between packing/moving furniture, support tickets are not exactly my priority. To be honest, I've answered less than 10 tickets since my vacation/apartment move started last week. Sue me.

I'd say normally, for the queues I can access:
Delete Giveaways, 90+% are answered in ~24 hours, I go through this queue once a day on average
Increase Giveaways, 90+% are answered in ~24 hours, I go through this queue once a day on average
Other, variable, could be a couple of hours, or months, depending on what the content is. Do these if I still feel like answering tickets after the other queues, or feel like doing something different.
Reroll, 90+% are answered in a couple of hours, kind of the queue that you can just pop in a couple of times a day to answer some quick ones.
Request Received Feedback, I don't answer these too often, so can't give estimate for it.
Also, get back to your vacation!
Unfortunately my actual vacation time is over, visited a bunch of places over the last week, but now it's time to get to the hard work of moving and setting up furniture >.<

Hi Can I ask if its normal that I still didnt get a reroll? Almost 48 hours now both the winner and I want a reroll or did something went wrong?
(also have another reroll pending for almost 24 hours)

So I wanted to give away a Frozen Synapse gift, but apparently it is region locked and it doesn't say anything on the description. I gave another game to the winner as a compensation and I want the giveaway deleted, but the support hasn't replied for 4 days now. Seeing I still have open tickets for 3 years(!), how long did it take for you until support team took action?
