If you use Chrome, you could try using Hola. I use it to buy from Nuuvem.

I'm very leery of using a VPN to ACTIVATE games on steam. I'm definitely too risk averse to try purchasing or playing them via VPN. I'm curious to hear thoughts from people who don't feel it's risky activating region locked games.

I have NEVER used a vpn. but "my buddy" did and activated 3 games so far and is fine. he didnt buy them only activated, so it seems thats a little safer.

I would very strongly recommend you do not use a VPN for Steam. It's against the ToS and can net you a full account lock.

Thanks for the help, as UncleLothar and Ansatsunin said, I know it's risky too buy games but activating them is not much of a risk for me because I can buy them in Brazil and activate them in Argentina (where I live)
