Because there are many bad people and idiots around that will create fake giveaways either because they think its to get them games or because they think the site will give the game to people or because they just want to make giveaways for people to waste their points on for what ever reason.
How would you like it, if there was hundreds or even thousands of giveaways you had to wade though that were all fake, but the only way to know they were fake for sure was to put your points in and wait till the end?
I personally didn't mind it and totally understood why they did it that way. Be more careful when making giveaways in the future so that you are not so limited.
Oh and I had a ticket go for like a month before it was answered mainly because due to all of the tickets they deal with daily mine was overlooked. Its that simple. After a week or 2, bump the ticket, do not create more about the same topic that just gives them more work.

If you're that eager to create more giveaways, you have to create a support ticket, so a mod can manually increase your giveaway slots.

To avoid trolls making a bunch of fake giveaways, you are limited to 3 slots at first and gain an extra one for every 3 successful giveaways made.
You blew 2 of those slots from the start by making, then deleting, your first giveaways.

Assuming 30 seconds per ticket, that's 16.666 HOURS worth of tickets. For a group of 6 volunteer support staff. Which is almost 3 hours, per person of doing nothing but resolving tickets for no reward except the complaints of the entitled. So yea, I'd say 2000 tickets is a lot. I also find it hard to believe you can or would go through 2000 tickets yourself.

You obviously have no idea how long it takes to resolve support tickets. Even if it was just a minutes each, that would mean 33 hours worth of work. Split those between 6 volunteer mods who do this in their spare time and you have 5 hrs/day shifts to do after their real job, sleeping, eating, spending time with their family.
You think you can do over 30 hours of work a day by yourself in your spare time? I'd love to see you try. Just reading these tickets would take more free time than I have in a day, let alone solve them.

You come to this site, waste two giveaway slots because you read neither the FAQ nor the site rules posted at the bottom of you giveaways, you complain on the forums because you are too impatient to wait for a reasonable time for a response from Support, and then you "threaten" us with your withdrawal as if our happiness revolved around your being here.
There are a lot of things I could say in response to all that, but I will try to keep it simple, helpful, and polite. Your postings come across as ignorant, self-centered, and arrogant with an inflated sense of entitlement. If you are trying to make friends, here, you are going about it the wrong way. The best course of action when entering a new environment is to remain humble and pay attention to those who have been around the longest until you have learned what "normal" is and how things work. Once you've done that, you will know better how to pursue your goals.

trust me when i say that i paid my fee, everyone is giving games that came from cheap game bundles or sites like tremorgames while all my giveaways came from actual steam inventory gifts and were purchased with european pricing and i gave away 6 giveaways thus far, Yea, had to cheat and create annother accounts, fill it fast to 100 bucks of worth in games, stock it with games just so that i could throw them at random people in this site... and you guys insulting me because i cant enjoy giving out on my main account? fuck yall worthless pricks
