Oh you are right! Clones isn't on here anymore.

Omegalodon, BEEP, and Airship Dragoon were all dupes for me, so the only one I would have missed at the lower price is Clones.

Messy is right though. There's no reason NOT to wait (and possibly forget about) these bundles, since the price goes down. IndieGala is the same way. I wait for Happy Hour, and sometimes wait so long I don't come back in time to buy it at all.

The original Humble Bundles (Buy it for $1 in the first week, get the bonuses in the second), and the current Reserve system on Groupees seem like smart ways to go about it. It's never going to be cheaper than that, so it's almost always an insta-buy from me. Sure, I may regret it later when I end up with a bunch of games I don't care about, but that's a problem for future-me.
